    Not an agency to use if you expect the courtesy of your calls being answered or returned. Called the office twice (their message said they were busy and for me to try later) and I left 3 messages on Kerrie's mobile none of which have been returned.

    Extremely poor communication With us and each other. Made us sign a tenancy before the terms were agreed with owner, provided no documentation for us and trying to charge 6 weeks rent for the process because we didn't proceed with unacceptable terms. The property isn't even available on the tenancy start date but we admit we were tricked into signing up early due to issues in the office.

    UPDATE. As a result of this review I have just been emailed the copy of the tenancy agreement for the first time. The landlords signature and witness signature was done AFTER we raised our serious concerns, together with handwritten amendments to the agreement after signing.
